Orders & Shipping

 

All orders are shipped from New York, New York. We offer worldwide shipping.

Domestic 

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders to Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS. Since our clothing is made to order and we keep a limited inventory, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship. We aim to ship your order within 7-10 business days. 

Complimentary standard shipping will be offered for domestic orders.

We do not process P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to UPS and FedEx guidelines, please provide an alternative address where we can deliver.

International 

CAPPALLI generally ships international orders via FedEx or DHL Express shipping. Since our clothing is made to order and we keep a limited inventory, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship. DHL Express typically delivers within 3 business days. 

Complimentary express shipping will be offered for international orders above $350.00. Orders under $350.00 will be charged a $20.00 flat rate fee.

Time of delivery

We offer an estimated delivery time to use as a guideline. The estimate does not take into account possible delays due to stock availability, payment authorization or unpredictable events. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Be advised that items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will receive a back order notification if an item in your order will ship at a different date. 

Signature is required upon delivery on all purchases. Please email us at info@shopcappalli.com if you wish to release your order without requiring a signature at the time of delivery. CAPPALLI is NOT responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages. 

Tax & Shipping Fees

To estimate tax and shipping fees for orders please include state and zip code during checkout. International shipping costs vary with location destination. Countries outside the United States might be subject to local taxes and import fees. If you refuse shipments from CAPPALLI you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges as well as the return fees.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@shopcappalli.com. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping and return fees.
