Return Policy

To return an item, please email us at info@shopcappalli.com with subject "RETURN" within 7 business days of delivery. In order for the return to be valid, you must ship back the item(s) within 7 days of the request approval. 


IMPORTANT GUIDELINES: Items must be returned new & unused, with all original packaging and tags unremoved. We will not accept returned items that have been worn or used. Any additional complementary gifts must be returned as well. If you do not return these gifts, they will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges for returns will not be refunded.


We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our Return Policy standards. Returns without approval will also be denied. 


Exchange Policy


We accommodate exchanges for a different size and/or color of the purchased style. If you would like to purchase a different item, please return the original item following our Return Policy Guidelines and place a new order. 


We can only exchange one item at the time. In order for the exchange to be valid, you must ship back the item within 7 days of the request approval. 


The Exchange will be processed and shipped once the original item has returned to us, and any additional shipping costs for the new item will be waived for both domestic and international orders.


Defective Items


Please contact customer service at info@shopcappalli.com immediately if an item received is damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
